The schematic design proposal looks like it's by: Meyer, Scherer, and Rockcastle.
"NCSU Students" would be another very good answer to include. Students representatives were included in the design committee's work, there were some focus groups, etc. And, the new Student Advisory Board and ULC Student Subcommittee will continue to inform the services and design of the space! http://www.lib.ncsu.edu/learningcommons/studentadvisors.html
